Our Team
After 17 years of being a doting wife and a devoted mother, our founder, Mala Patel entered the world of electronics as a trainee with Jay Sales Corporation, Vadodara. In her 5-year stint with Jay Sales, she learnt the “ins” and “outs” of the industry. After working with Jay Sales, she started her own venture – Royal Electronics Sales & Services with a 2-member team in 2001. What started as a humble dealership of test and measuring instruments has now transformed into the most trusted name in lab equipment set up and innovative solutions and services.
The core team which consisted of Rajesh Chauhan, who handled sales & marketing, and Bency Sam, who took care of admin tasks and accounts, pushed all boundaries and Royal started to grow. When Tejas Patel joined forces as an engineer on board, new doors opened for Royal, and there was no turning back. Over the years, with the support of Amruta, Meena, Roshni and Sonal, Royal bagged 100s of tenders. With Chintan joining the team, new-age talent came into action which is now supported with the newest member of the team, Neel. All the while Gurusharanbhai (Govind kaka) has aptly managed all equipment inventory, safekeeping and deliveries.
Lion Narendra Patel has been our trusted advisor and our biggest supporter since our inception, and his guidance has been integral to our success. Dr Mihir has also joined us as a Junior Advisor and we are grateful to the vision he brings to the table with his guidance for our team.
